Dr. Randy Lenderman, DDS

Dr. Randy Lenderman is a family and cosmetic dentist serving Conway, Arkansas, and the surrounding area. After attending the University of Arkansas, Dr. Lenderman received his doctorate from the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry and began his career in northwest Arkansas before opening Lenderman Dental in Conway in 2008. In his pursuit to provide families with the best oral health care services possible, he has participated in hundreds of hours of continuing education programs. His love for dentistry is evident in the passion and care he provides for his patients.

Dr. Kyle Meek, DDS

Dr. Kyle Meek is a native of Central Arkansas and a graduate of Greenbrier High School. He attended the University of Central Arkansas and received a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in Memphis, TN. After graduating, Dr. Meek practiced dentistry in Clarinda, Iowa while his wife, Dr. Stefanie Meek, attended Pediatric Dental residency at Children’s Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska. Dr. Meek joined the Lenderman Dental team in 2017 as a general dentist and, in 2022, became a partner. Drs. Kyle and Stefanie Meek are high school sweethearts and were married in 2011. They have two children, Caroline and Grant. In his free time, Dr. Meek is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hunting, fishing, and outdoor activities with his family. Both he and his wife are thrilled to be back home and practicing dentistry in Central Arkansas. He is committed to a career of learning and staying up to date with the latest advances in dentistry in order to provide the best care possible to his patients. Dr. Meek looks forward to the opportunity to meet and care for you and your family.

Abigayle Barnett

Dental Hygienist

Abigayle Barnett joined Lenderman & Meek Dental in 2021. She loves getting to meet and connect with her patients and encouraging them to adopt healthy oral hygiene habits.

Brianna Brown

Dental Assistant

Brianna Brown has worked at Lenderman & Meek Dental since 2020. Brianna is dedicated to ensuring that all of her patients are comfortable and at ease when they visit. She loves seeing happy patients and healthy smiles.

Holly Davenport

Dental Hygienist

Holly Davenport joined Lenderman & Meek Dental in 2021. Holly has been a Dental Hygienist since 2018 and loves getting to know her patients and their families while providing the highest level of dental care. She is passionate about oral health education and preventative care.

Christy Hopper

Office Manager

Christy Hopper has worked at Lenderman & Meek Dental since 2005. Christy has been in the Dental field for over 20 years and is also a Registered Dental Assistant, a member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers, and is Care Credit Certified. Christy loves connecting with patients and is passionate about making quality dental care and treatment plans accessible.

Becky Lynn Jackson

Lead Dental Assistant

Becky Lynn Jackson has worked at Lenderman & Meek Dental since 2007. Becky started at Lenderman & Meek Dental as soon as she graduated and is passionate about creating a comfortable and inviting experience. She loves getting to visit with all of her patients and provide them with the best dental services and care possible.

Zoie Lee

Insurance Coordinator

Zoie Lee joined Lenderman & Meek Dental in 2022 as a Sterile Technician. In 2023, her love for our patients inspired her to move to the front as an Insurance Coordinator!

Sherri Sanders

Dental Hygienist

Sherri Sanders has worked at Lenderman & Meek Dental since 2004. Sherri has been a Registered Dental Hygienist since 1988 and loves getting to help patients maintain excellent oral health. She is enthusiastic about educating children on oral hygiene practices and often speaks in schools.

Kristin Sledge

Scheduling Coordinator

Kristin Sledge has worked at Lenderman & Meek Dental since 2019. Kristin has been a Scheduling Coordinator for over ten years, and her favorite part of her job is helping patients feel confident again. She also has four years of experience as an RDA.

Tammy Trevillion

Dental Hygienist

Tammy Trevillion has worked at Lenderman & Meek Dental since 2017. Tammy has been a Dental Hygienist for more than 35 years and is passionate about helping people become the healthiest they can be. She loves the opportunity to form and cultivate relationships with her patients. In addition to her work with Lenderman & Meek Dental, she is also involved with the Arkansas State Dental Hygiene Association, serving on various councils for over 20 years. 

Arora Hormann 

Dental Assistant

Arora Hormann joined Lenderman and Meek Dental in April of 2023. Arora has been a Registered Dental Assistant since 2014. She enjoys making sure her patients feel comfortable while in the dental chair and leave with a smile on their face when finished. She loves to make the dental clinic everyone's Happy Place!
